Why Join the Edinburgh Beekeepers Association?

Being a member of the EMBA makes a lot of sense, it entitles you to these benefits:

  • Beekeeping beginners theory and practical classes (involves a one time fee)
  • Access to free expert advice and support on all aspects of beecraft
  • Access to network of beekeepers throughout the Lothian area
  • Free admission to series of winter lectures
  • Qualification for examination for beekeeping qualifications
  • Affiliation to the Scottish Beekeepers Association
  • Qualification for insurance and compensation through the SBA scheme
How much does it cost?

Membership subscription for the EMBA is £ 5.00 per year payable yearly in January.

How to Join the EMBA

  2. Fill out the form with your personal details
  3. Check that you have filled in all the fields
  4. Enter the 'verification' word
  5. Click 'Send' to submit your application form
  6. Bring your subscription to the next meeting or post it to this address clearly marked 'Membership' (and remember to include your name so that we know who its from!)
